Lease made
between Sir Charles Burton, Pollerton, County Carlow, on one part, and
Simon Nowlan, Carlow, County Carlow, stucco plasterer, or the other
part, in respect of dwelling house with garden behind it on the south
side of the quarries in Carlow Town.
Lately
occupied by Matthew Nowlan.
Bounded in
the north by the Dublin Road, on the south by the old chapel yard, on
the east by a big pond and on the west by Patrick Byrne's holding.
Lease to run
for the life of Nowlan or term of 21 Years, whichever is longer.
Annual rent of 15 pound sterling.
