Borris 1826.

The Information of John Tyndall of Borris, Parish of Clonegoose, Barony of Idrone East, Carlow.

Saith that on Friday the 26th December 1826 about the hour of three of the clock in the afternoon he found twenty pieces of Timber (different Scantlings) in the dwelling house of Thomas Comerford of Scortreen, Carlow, Labourer, which Timber John Tyndall understands to be the property of Mr. Thomas Kavanagh Esquire, feloniously Stolen from the Buildings or Houses now erecting in the Street of Borris.
