I John Warren of in the
County of Carlow one of the Parties in a Cause
in which the annexed Renewal was pronounced, and
the Sum of Four pounds Six Shillings and five
pence thereby ordered to be recovered, and in
which Cause I the said John Warren Plaintiff and
William Timmin Defendant do swear that there is
still remaining due and unpaid of the said Sum
so ordered to be recovered, the Sum of Three
pounds Six Shillings and five pence after all
just Allowances as I verily believe.
Sworn before me in open Court this
19 Day of July 1824
