- With many other evil disposed persons and Disturbers of the
Peace our said Lord the King whose name the Jurors aforesaid are
ignorant of on the
twenty first
day of
April in the
Fourth
Year
of the Reign of our Sovereign, Lord George the Fourth, by the
Grace of God, of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and
Ireland, King, Defender of the Faith and so-forth with Force of
Arms that is to say with Swords, Sticks and so-forth at
Knocklonigad

aforesaid, did

Then and there riotously, routously and unlawfully assemble
and associate themselves together as aforesaid, did then and there
make great affray contrary to the peace of our said Lord the King,
his Crown and Dignity. And the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath
aforesaid, do further say and present that said

Curren Catherine Byrne and Anne Curren
On the
Twenty First Day
of
April
in the said
Fourth Year
of the Reign of our said Lord the King with force and Arms aforesaid at
Knocklonigad
aforesaid in the County of Carlow in and upon one
Archibald
Sly
a true faithful Subject of our said Lord the King in the Peace of God
and our said Lord the King, then and there being did make an assault and
HIM
then and there did beat and ill treat and other wrongs to
HIM ---------
then and there did Contrary to the peace of our said Lord the King, his
Crown and Dignity.
