Woodbine Cottage can be seen on the 1841 OSi map. Sadly this
property has now been demolished. The name Woodbine probably came
from the plant of the same name which was known to have been grown
in the garden. According to the 1829 OSi map it shows that this
house was known as Infirmary Cottage. A short distance from the
cottage there is a house close by which was an Infirmary according
to the 1829 map.
