    TENURE: Held by Lease dated 25th Jan. 1828, from Richard TIVY to Robert  ORR, for 40 yrs.
    from 29th day of September, 1827

    OBSERVATIONS: Lease will be handed to Purchaser

    DESCRIPTION OF PREMISES: Dwelling House, Yard and Garden, known as No. 29 Wellington Road,
    near the Barracks

    TENURE: Held by Lease dated 7th October, 1831, from John LINDSAY to John SULLIVAN for 92 years
    from the 29th day of September, 1831.

    OBSERVATIONS: This Lease grants to said Lessee full, free and uninterrupted use of the lane or
    passage leading from Wellington-road to said Premises, as granted and more fully particularized
    in said Lease, and also in a Lease made by John LINDSAY to Richard TIVY, dated 18th February 1828.
    Lease will be handed to the Purchaser.
    YEARLY RENT: £9 15 0

3]  TENANTS NAMES: James FANNING, Reps. of Richard TIVY

    DESCRIPTION OF PREMISES: Five small Slated Cabins at the rere of the foregoing premises,
    Nos. 29 and  30 Wellington Road.

    TENURE: Held by Lease dated 18th Feb. 1828, from John LINDSAY to Richard TIVY, for 96
    years from the 29th of Sept, 1827.

    OBSERVATIONS: This Lease grants to said Lessee full, free and Uninterrupted use of the lane
    or passage leading from the Wellington-road to said Premises, as granted and more fully
    particularized in said Lease, and also in a Lease made by John LINDSAY to Richard TIVY,
    dated 18th February, 1828.
    YEARLY RENT: £3  0  0


The above Lot is held under a Lease bearing date the 24th day of March, 1826, made between Hayward St. LEGER and
William GILLESPIE and Robert BENNETT, (Trustees of the Estate of said Hayward St. Leger,) Noblet Johnson LINDSAY,
George LINDSAY, Anne PIERCY, otherwise LINDSAY, of the one part, and Richard TIVY, of the other part, for 99 years from
the 29th September then last past, at the yearly rent of £9 15s 0d. British Currency.... The foregoing Premises are
describe in said original Lease as "all that and those a Piece of Plot of Ground part of the Lands of Glankittane, now
and for some time past in the possession of the said Richard TIVY, and on which the said Richard TIVY has erected
buildings and other improvements, containing in front 52 feet 10 inches, and in depth 132 feet 8 inches or thereabouts,
be the same more or less, and mearing and bounding on the East by the Wellington-road, on the West by Mr. John POWER'S
field, on the North partly by Joseph CRISPEN'S holdings and partly by Thomas DIXON'S holdings, and on the South by a lot
of ground in the possession of John REARDON, which said hereby demised premises are situate, lying and being on the
Wellington-road, aforesaid, near the New Barracks in the North Liberties of the said City of Cork."
