			Consisting of a part of the Lands of Shandrum, situate in the
			Parish of Shandrum, Barony of Orrery and Kilmore, County of Cork


	TENANTS NAMES          		TENURE AND OBSERVATIONS [Condensed]
	SHANDRUM
	James Dunworth. Rep. of		Lease dated 10th March, 1818 from Henry Earl of Shannon to
	Murtough Maddigan		Murtough Maddigan for Three Lives, two of whom Thomas Clanchy
					and Thomas Walsh, aged respectively 49 and 47 still in being.
					The Tithe rent-charge is payable out of this farm by the tenant
					in addition to the rent.

	Cornelius Hannon and		Lease dated 10th March, 1818 from Henry Earl of Shannon to
	Michael Fox, Reps. of		Cornelius and Dennis Hannon, for Three Lives, two of whom Thomas Clanchy
	Cornelius and Dennis		and Thomas Walsh, aged respectively 49 and 47 are still living.
	Hannon				A free passage to the High Road from Murtough Maddigan's Farm is
					reserved by this lease.
					All Royalties, Hunting, fishing, quarrying rights etc remain the liberty
					of the Landlord by both the above Leases.
