Life We've been long together Through pleasant and through cloudy weather, T'is hard to part when friends are dear, Perhaps it will cost a sigh, a tear Then steal away, give little waining Choose thine own time: Say not Good-night but in some brighter clime, Bid me Good-morning. Funeral services were held at the home, Easter Sunday afternoon at 2pm conducted by Rev Wm L Essex of Trinity church. He was assisted by the vested choir who sang a burial chant and also two Easter hymns, "Alleluia, the strife is o'er, the battle won" and "Jerusalem the Golden". The casket bearers were six of her nephews, James Hicks, Henry S Hutchinson, Joseph Hutchinson, George Hutchinson, Henry R Hutchinson and James Hutchinson. The many floral tributes, and the large cortege of friends who came to her funeral were evidence of the high esteem in which she was held. Burial was in Chippiannock Cemetery, Rock Island, Ill.
