1 | House and Premises on the North side of the Main-street of Dungarvan; in Lease described as the House or Tenement formerly in possession of Widow Veale and afterwards in posession of Matthew Sauase | Edward Galwey | Lease dated 2 September, 1811, from Rev. P.M. Carew to William Galwey, (pursuant to an Agreement for a Letting, dated 9 October, 1738,) for three Lives, renewable for ever, at a yearly Rent fo £3 1s, 8d., late currency, and £1 10s. 10d. of the same currency as a Fine for Rent on the fall of each Life. A sum of £40 was paid for Rent and Fines on the exectution of this Lease. Last renewal, dated 10 August, 1849, from Thomas P. Carew to Edward Galwey, for the Lives of James Galwey, third son of William Galwey, Her Royal Highness the Princess Royal, and the Prince of Wales. The original Minute of Agreement is not forthcoming, but the Lease and Renewal will be given to the Purchaser. PLU £6. |

The Lease is not forthcoming, but is recited in a renewal , dated 3 September, 1737; and same was further renewed by Deed, dated 2 September 1811. The last renewal bears date 28 December, 1849, and is for the Lives of His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales, the Princess Royal, and the Princess Alice.
