The last surviving pay list for the Militia was May 1802. This is the first of a new series of surviving pay lists continuing up to 1834. One may only presume that the Sligo Militia was disbanded and this is the first list on its reconstitution. Within a few months it was again up to full strength with some noticeable exception among its ranks.
