We are unsure of the provenance of the following document, it appears to be based on the promise of a division of land to men who served in the Irish Republican Army during the troubles. In 1934 Sean Oglaigh na h-Eireann had an address at 3 Davis Street, Tipperary, the secretary was Con Maloney. According to a letter dated 1935 from Con Maloney the total membership was 1,335 forming 66 Companies. 49 members were registered in Carlow at this time.
