George and so forth also Judge and so forth To Our Beloved in
Christ Samuel Johnson of the City of Dublin Gent Principal
Creditor of Elizabeth Bunbury commonly called Dame Elizabeth
Irwin late deceased. GREETING WHEREAS the said Elizabeth Bunbury
commonly called Dame Elizabeth Irwin so as aforesaid deceased
(having and so forth) rightly and duly made her Will and thereof
appointed John Mackphreadris Esquire sole Executor and Residuary
Legatee and afterwards died And Whereas the said John
Mackphreadris took on him the Burden of the Execution of the
said Will and after he had for sometime intermedled in the Goods
and so forth of the said deceased, departed this life leaving
some part thereof unadministered and undisposed thereof. AND
WHEREAS Our Beloved the Right Worshipful Philip Tisdall Esquire
Doctor of Laws Our Comissary in the said Court in a certain
Business of accepting or refusing Letters of administration of
the Goods and so forth unadministered of the said Elizabeth
Bunbury commonly called Dame Elizabeth Irwin, deceased, with her
Will annexed otherwise of granting and committing the same to
Samuel Johnson, Principal Creditor of the said deceased Which
for some time was moved and deponded in Judgement before him
between the said Samuel Johnson the Party Promoting the said
Business of the one part and Mary Mackphreadris widow Relict and
administratrix of the Goods and so forth of John Mackphreadris
Esq. deceased Intestate who was whilst living sole Executor and
Residuary Legatee named in the Will of the said Elizabeth
Bunbury commonly called Dame Elizabeth Irwin deceased, the Party
against whom the said Business was promoted of the other part
rightly and duly proceeding Did at the petition of the
proctor(?) of the said Samuel Johnson (in pain of the Confumary
of the Party Impugnant being thrice publickly called and no way
appearing) Decree Letters of Administration of the Goods and so
forth unadministered with the Will annexed of the said Elizabeth
Bunbury commonly called Dame Elizabeth Irwin deceased And We
being desirous and so forth You being first sworn (saving and so
forth) DATED the nineteenth day of February in the year of Our
Lord 1750 and he has to exhibit an Inventary on or before the
