Esquire and Thomas
HERBERT of John Street, Parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn, county of Middlesex, Esquire [Trustee named and appointed in
and by the last Will and Testament of the Right Honorable Charles late
EARL of ARRAN in the Kingdom of Ireland and Baron BUTLER of WESTON in
the Kingdom of Great Britain deceased of the one part AND George JONES
of Lincolns Inn in the county of Middlesex aforesaid, Gentleman of the
other part.
WHEREBY the said Edward Herbert and Thomas Herbert in
consideration of five shillings did bargain and sell unto the said
George Jones all that and those the several annual or yearly rents or
sums of one hundred and eighty nine pounds and nine shillings and one
Weather as dictates or five shillings sterling in lieu thereof together
with six pence in the pound receivers salary issuing and payable out of
all that and those the Leases from James BUTLER Duke of Ormond to
various families.
