511 WATTERS, JOHN, Ballycarney, Co. Carlow,
gent. 13 July 1814. Full ½ p. 3 Feb. 1819.
To my lawful married wife Hester Watters the
entire of my property consisting of 20 acres which I hold under
Mr Doyne, with all my tenements, cattle and other moveables, and
£300 which should have been paid to my 2nd eldest son Lieut.
John Watters under the will of Geo. Harpole Esq., Shrule,
Queen's Co., with power to sue for the same. To my son Philip
and my daughter Mary Watters otherwise McDonnoughs, one shilling
and one penny each.
Witnesses: Timy. Whelan, Morterstown, farmer,
Harry Billing, Bullock Park, gent., and Jas. Hawe, Cloughna,
farmer, all in Co. Carlow.
Memorial Witnessed by: said Jas. Hawe, aged
upwards of 20 years, and Wm. Watters, Curton, gent.
