this lease; the three lives are dead/ This lease will expire 1st
November, 1852. |

3 British currency. His paying rent is £ 2 3s. yearly. Judy Neale,
aged about 90 years, holds an acre of this lot free during her life and
that of her daughter, now aged about 40years, and he was always allowed
for this acre; the three lives are in being. |

appears to be a lease of Ardristan, but in reality it is a lease of part
of the lands of Roscatt. The rent charge in this case is paid by the

John Marshall the lessee, George Marshall, and Bryan
Marshall, second and third sons of Henry Marshall of Roscatt,

currency. Bryan Marshall is since dead, the other lives are in
being: the late Mr. Eustace reduced this rent to £ 20 Irish. |

3d., of the then currency. One of the lives in lease, Thomas Timmins,

of John Hughes, of Kelletstown, and 31 years from 25th March, 1829.
Michael Hughes, one of the lives in the lease, is dead. The other,
as representative of Patrick Summers, who held under a lease dated
26th December, 1812, of 7a. 1r. 3p. from Edward Eustace to Patrick
Summers, for lives of Robert Eustace, eldest son of James
Eustace, of Ballintemple, Thomas Timmins, third son of Thomas
Timmins, of Tullowbeg, and James Summers, second son of the
lessee, or 31 years from 29th September, 1812, at rent of £ 8 4s. 6d. of
the then currency. Robert Eustace and Thomas Timmins, two of
the lives named in last lease are dead. Thomas Bryan is the Bailiff
of the Estate. |
