John Thornton, deceased, and during the
natural lives of Thomas Thornton fourth son of said John Thornton,
then aged ten years, John Thornton fifth son of said John
Thornton, then aged eight years, and Henry Thornton second son of
the said John Thornton, then aged 21 years and the survivor and
survivor of them for and during the 31 years from the date thereof
25th March 1802, whichever should longest last ALL THAT AND THOSE
that part of the lands of Mount Wolseley, containing 16 acres
together with the appurtenances thereunto belonging heretofore in
the possession of John Thornton, deceased, at the yearly rent of
20 pounds 17 shillings and 6 pence sterling (of the then currency
of Ireland.).
