4th November 1850.

To the Board of Superintendence of the Carlow Gaol.

Gentlemen ~ I propose to Supply the Gaol with the Best Doonane Coal from the date hereof until the first day of November 1851 at 15 shillings per Ton ~ or best hardship Coal at 14 shillings per Ton or Small Coal at 13 shillings per Ton~

To the Carlow Gaol Committee.
Gentlemen~ I propose Supplying Straw for the Gaol at my former Contract rate for 12 Months from this date and my Sureties are Mr Danial Crotty of Dublin St. and Mr Michael Walsh of Graigue,

To the Board of Superintendence of Carlow Gaol.
Gentlemen~ Agreeable to your advertisement I beg leave to Propose to deliver at the Gaol for one year, New Milk at 4 and a half pence per gallon. Security as before are Michael Wilson, Graigue and Richard Wilson, Carlow.

I propose to supply Carlow Jail for one year from this date with the following articles~

Sweep brushes and handles as before,~2 shillings.

Whitewash as before ~2 shillings and 3 pence.

Sweet Oil, Imperial Gallon , 5 shillings.

Drying Oil, Imperial Gallon, 3 shillings and 6 pence.

Linseed Oil, Imperial Gallon, 3 shillings and 4 pence.

Rape Oil, Imperial Gallon, 4 shillings and 6 pence.

Best Dublin Dip Candles per pound, 6 pence.

Best White Soap per pound, 3 pence.

Gentlemen~ I propose to offer 2 pound 15 shillings for the Manure and Offal of the Gaol for the year ending 1851.

I propose supplying the Gaol of Carlow with Bricks of Brown Bread weighing 2 pounds at 2 pence, three farthings each. my bonder is William Browne.

I propose Supplying the Carlow Gaol with:

Brown Soap 4 shillings per stone.

Pale yellow soap at 5 shillings per stone.

Best Dublin White Soap 5 shillings and 6 pence per stone.

my sureties are Daniel Crotty, Dublin Street, Carlow and William Browne.

Turpentine 4 shillings per Imperial Gallon.

Pims Superior Starch 4 shillings per Imperial Gallon.

Washing Soda 1 shilling and 9 pence per stone.

Best Crown Soap 4 shillings per stone.
