Michael Lyons sent Terry Curran this photo taken in 1980 of the St Patrick day Parade, in it was an old 1930's Fire Truck  Reg No. IC 2000 driven by Modern day Carlow Fire fighters as it passes by Thompsons of Carlow. Thompson Ford Mk 6 Armoured Car Reg No. ZD 1760. This is the only surviving Armoured Car still in Service, for Anniversary Parade	Thompson Ford Mk 6 Armoured Car  Reg No. ZD 1760. These were 4x2 Ford truck chassis with a Thompson lightly armoured body	Haughton and Thompson's "Britannia" combined Mower and Reaper.
