Antrim Wills: - Cormier, Daniel July 18, 1737 *********************************************** Ireland Genealogy Projects Archives Antrim Index Copyright ************************************************ File contributed by: Rosalind Dunning ros.dunning@outlook.com ANTRIM WILLS: - CORMIER, DANIEL JULY 18, 1737 Source: National Archives London Written: July 18, 1737 Recorded: January 8, 2019 In the name of God Amen the eighteenth day of July one thousand seven hundred and thirty seven I Daniel Cormier Senior of Lisburn and County of Antrim Gentleman being very sick and weak in Body but of perfect mind and memory thanks be given to God therefore calling to mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to dye do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following Imprimis that all my Debts and funeral charges be first paid Item I Give to my wellbeloved Wife Sarah Cormier the summe of sixty pounds yearly for her maintenance during her natural life and that the said summe shall be paid out of the Interest of the funds or Money I have in the Stocks of England and after her decease the Capitall or Principall Summe is to return to my four Children namely Daniel Cormier Susanna Rachel Cormier Sarah Cormier als De Lachereis and Mary Cormier to be equally divided Item I give to my wellbeloved Wife the best room with the best furniture belonging to it together with the rest of my household furniture during her life Item I Give and bequeath to my welbeloved Son Daniel Cormier five hundred pounds I Give to my Daughter Susanna Rachell Cormier five hundred pounds I Give to my Daughter Mary Cormier five hundred pounds Item I Give to my Daughter Sarah Cormier als De Lachereis five shillings five hundred pounds having already been paid her as by Deed of Marriage may appear Item I leave to my welbeloved Wife my picture and after her death to my welbeloved Son Daniel Cormier and the remainder of my fortune to be equally divided among my four children Vizt.
