Antrim Wills: O’Hara, Eugene April 1, 1805 *********************************************** Ireland Genealogy Projects Archives Antrim Index Copyright ************************************************ File contributed by: Rosalind Dunning ros.dunning@outlook.com ANTRIM WILLS: O’HARA, EUGENE APRIL 1, 1805 Source: National Archives London Written: April 1, 1805 Recorded: January 8, 2019 In the Name of God Amen I Eugin O'Hara of Ballylissan parish of Ballychigg County of Antrim being weak of body but of sound Mind and Judgment do make and Publish this my last Will and testament in manner following viz I leave to my two Brothers Daniel and Henry O'Hara one hundred pounds viz to each fifty pounds to each of my two Sisters Catherine and Rose O'Hara Ten Pounds to my Brother Patrick O'Hara I bequeath forty Pounds I also allow and order twenty pounds to defray my funeral Expences and Debts the above devise is the remainder and residue of two hundred pounds left me by my late Uncle Henry O’Hara of Pimlico London I bequeath to each of my Sisters Catherine and Rose O’Hara Two hundred pounds I leave to my Brother Patrick Two hundred pounds and the Residue of all my property I bequeath to my two Brothers Daniel and Henry O ‘Hara with the exception of Ten pounds Stock to e gven viz five pounds to the poor of this parish and the other five pounds to assist in erecting the Chapel now spoken of to be built in this parish I constitute and appoint my Brothers Patrick and Daniel O'Hara to be my whole and sole Executors of this my last Will and testament and the same I sign as this my last Will and testament being first only read before signing in the presence of Eugene O'Hara x his mark John Fitzsimmons _ Patk Loom Dated this 1st April 1805 Proved at London 20 September 1805 PCC Prob11/1431
