Ship Druid but now a Patient in the Royal Hospital at Haslar being in bodily health & of sound & disposing mind and memory & considering the perils & dangers of the Seas & other uncertainties of this transitory life do (for avoiding controversies after my decease) make publish & declare this my last Will & Testament in manner following (that is to say) first I recommend my Soul to God that gave it & my Body I commit to the Earth or Sea as it shall please God to order & as for & concerning all my Worldly Estate I give bequeath & dispose thereof as followeth that is to say All Wages Sum & Sums of money Lands Tenements Goods Chattels & Estate whatsoever as shall be any ways due owing or belonging unto me at the time of my decease I do give devise & bequeath the same unto my father Phelam Connor farmer living at Kilcarrig County Carlow Ireland & I do hereby nominate & Appoint my said father sole Executor of this my last Will & Testament hereby revoking all former & other Wills Testaments & Deeds of Gift by me at any time heretofore made & I do ordain & ratify these presents to stand & be for & as my only last Will & Testament In Witness whereof to this my said Will I have set my hand & seal the 6th day of June in the year of our Lord 1810 & in the Fiftieth Year of the Reign of His Majesty King George the third over the United Kingdom of Great Britain & Ireland etc, The Mark X of John Kearney alias Jno O'Connor Signed Sealed Published & declared in the presence of Geo: Mottley Agent _ William Rose Agent's Clerk Proved at London 3 January 1811 by the Oath of Phelam Connor PCC Prob11/1518
