One third of it to be given to my sister Bridget Murphy one third of it to be given in equal portions to my brother Patrick Murphy his daughter Mary Murphy & Mary Boyne wife of Daniel Byrne Shoemaker Tullow and the remaining one third to be given to Serenus (?) Kelly & Patrick Rossiter of the Monastery I appoint the said Serenus (?)
