Lot VI - The Lands of Ballymacalla are held under Lease bearing date 29th April, 1754, for 3 lives for ever on payment of 40s, late
currency renewal fine...two of the lives named in the last renewal are now in being, and a Fee farm Grand of said premises will be
obtained.
The Lands are situate near the towns of Clare and Ennis in the Barony of Islands and County of Clare.
