COMYN was convicted of a misdemeanour at Kilrush Petty
Sessions , on Monday the 20th March, for throwing down this
man's house in his absence.*

FENNELL took advantage of this poor man's absence from his
house, removed his family in a most inhuman manner, and
locked the door. This case stands over for trial.*
