In the Name of God Amen I William O'Brien of Rossmanaher but
now residing at Clohanes in the County of Clare Esqr being
of sound mind and memory but at present labouring under an
attack of Apoplexy do make this my last will and testament
hereby revoking any other will at any time heretofore made
or spoken by me I devise and bequeath unto my wife Margaret
O'Brien otherwise McNamara as well for her and her assigns
as in trust for her and my children William O'Brien Edward
O'Brien Margaret O'Brien Lucius O'Brien Donough O'Brien
Charles O'Brien and Harriett O'Brien share and share alike
all the property real freehold and personal of which I may
die seized possessed of or entitled to in reversion or
otherwise including the Annuity payable to me off the lands
of Cratloe the one eighth share or portion to be payable
unto the said respective children on his or her day of
marriage or attaining the age of twenty one years and in
case of the death of any of the said children unmarried or
under age then the survivors shall have and take the share
or shares of such deceased child or children in equal shares
I nominate constitute and appoint my said wife Margaret
O'Brien sole Executrix of this my will and Trustee and
Guardians of the persons and fortunes of my said children
and I request and desire that they act in all things by her
advice and discretion In Witness whereof I have hereunto
affixed my seal and mark my right hand being so affected I
am unable to write this fifth day of August one thousand
eight hundred and thirty eight William O'Brien X his mark
