  SITUATE IN GEORGE'S STREET, IN THE CITY OF CORK,

  To be Sold by Auction, ... On Thursday, the 17th day of June, 1858.

  TENURE UNDER WHICH TENANT HOLDS
   Lease dated the 8th day of November, 1850, from Joseph Pigot ROGERS to
   Richard Henry ROGERS, of the premises mentioned in column described as All
   That and those, the piece or plot of ground on which the old Theatre Royal
   stood, situate in George's-street, in the parish of the Holy Trinity, in the
   city of Cork, containing in length 130 feet from the front in George's-street
   aforesaid, to the rere thereof, and 60 feet in breadth ; bounded on the North
   by George's-street, aforesaid, on the West by premises belonging to the
   Messrs. MORGAN, on the East by back premises of a row of houses fronting
   Pembroke-street, and on the South by yard of the Imperial Hotel. To hold for
   750 years at the rent stated in column ; proviso, that in case said
   Executors, Administrators or Assigns, as a Theatre or a house of public
   amusement, that is should be lawful for said Joseph Pigot ROGERS, his
   Executors, Administrators and Assigns, to enter into said premises or any
   part thereof, during the house of any theatrical performance or other public
   amusement, without any hindrance of said Richard Henry ROGERS, his Executors,
   Administrators and Assigns, should have two transferable free admissions
   during the hour of performance, to any part of any theatre or house of public
   amusement which thereafter might be erected thereon, without hindrance from
   said Richard Henry ROGERS, his Executors, Administrators and Assigns.
   The interest of Richard Henry ROGERS in the above lease has been assigned to
   William Browning GARDNER.

  DESCRIPTIVE PARTICULARS.
   On this Lot the Theatre Royal, which is the largest principal theatre in the
   city of Cork, is built ; it is a very spacious and well appointed theatre.
   The tenant has a considerable interest in this Lot.  Griffith's Valuation,
   £45.
   This Lot will be sold, subject to an annuity of £10 a-year, charged thereon,
   for the life of Heloise ROGERS, who is now aged about 70 years.

 TENURE UNDER WHICH TENANT HOLDS
  Lease dated the 30th day of July, 1764, from Robert WRIXEN to Jonathan MORGAN,
  of the premises mentioned in column described as All That and Those, a Plot of
  Ground, situate on Duncombe's Marsh, in the South-east quarter of the city of
  Cork, containing in breadth from East to West 34 feet, and in depth from
  North to South 301 feet, mearing and bounding on the North with George's-
  street, on the south with the Quay, called the South Mall, on the East with
  the New Theatre and the holdings of Thomas STRETTLE, and on the West with
  other holdings of said Jonathan MORGAN. To hold for 850 years, at the rent of
  £24 13s. of the then Irish currency (equivalent to the rent stated in column),
  usual covenants between landlord and tenant.
  The interest of Jonathan MORGAN in the above lease is now vested in said
  Anthony MORGAN, Edward MORGAN, and William MORGAN.

 DESCRIPTIVE PARTICULARS
  The Houses and Buildings on the Lot are very valuable, and the Tenants have a
  very large interest in it.  This Lot is situated in the most central and
  business part of the city of Cork
