MORGAN, on the East by back premises of a row of houses fronting Pembroke-street, and on the South by yard of the Imperial Hotel. To hold for 850 years, at the rent of £24 13s. of the then Irish currency (equivalent to the rent stated in column), usual covenants between landlord and tenant.
