    Mr. MAHONY was declared Tenant of this Dwelling house, with Coach House and
    Stable, No 3 on Plan, as Tenant from year to year, commencing on 1st
    November, 1849, by the Master in the Chancery Cause of SMITH v. ROBINSON.
    The ground on which the House has been built comprises the whole of the
    Premises demised by the Lease of 6th October, 1842, as also (it is believed)
    a small portion of the Premises demised by the Lease of 8th October, 1842.
    The Coach-House and Stable have been built on the ground demised by said
    last-mentioned Lease. Mr. MAHONY'S Rent is payable out of the entire
    Premises, but the Coach-House and Stable are intended to e sold as part of
    Lot No. 10.

     This Coach-house and Stable is a present unoccupied, but the Receiver in
     said Cause of Smith v. Robinson has agreed to let same to Colonel
     PENNEFATHER, together with the Dwelling-house No. 5, in case it shall be
     deemed advisable to accept a surrender thereof from Mr. HACKETT on 25th
     March, 1850, as tenant from year to year, at the annual rent of £60, to
     commence from said last-mentioned day.
