NATURE OF TENANCY AND OBSERVATIONS:
Lease dated 14th May, 1783 from Mary DORMAN to Samuel REILLY for 100 years from 25th
March, 1783 at the yearly rent of £8 12s 3d, late currency, equivalent to £17 19s
sterling.  And also a further lease dated 30th August, 1793 from said Mary DORMAN to
said Samuel REILLY of same premises for 10 years after the expiration of said term
off 100 years at the like rent of £8 12s 3d, late currency.  And further lease of same
premises dated 1st March, 1803 from Richard WOOD to said Samuel RELILLY of said
premises at the same rent for 700 years in reversion, commencing from the 25th March
1893.  The lease of the 30th August, 1793 is not forthcoming, but the other two leases,
in the latter of which it is recited will be given to the purchaser.

NATURE OF TENANCY AND OBSERVATIONS:

The above premises are situate at Ballintemple, quite close to the City of Cork, They
are held under lease dated 23rd August 1750, from Charles SMYTH to Robert DORMAN, for 900
years from 25th March 1750 at the yearly rent of £18, late currency, equivalent to
£16 12s 4d., sterling.  In this lease said premises are described as Six Fields,
then in the possession of said Robert DORMAN, part of the Lands of Ballintemple,
containing by a then late survey thereof, 12a 0r 11p., Statute Measures.

LOT-3] Leasehold - Consisting of Two Dwelling Houses and Premises, Nos. 3 and 4,
in Pembroke-street in the Parish of Christ Church and said of Cork, held for a term
of 800 years computed from 25th March, 1801.

NATURE OF TENANCY AND OBSERVATIONS:
Lease [KEAYS] dated 1st February 1827 from Daniel CALLAGHAN, Esq., to White KEAYS
for 200 years from 25th March 1827 at the yearly rent of £10 sterling.

Lease [FULLAM] dated 23rd April 1842 from Daniel CALLAGHAN, Esq., to Michael FULLAM
for 195 years from 1st November 1841 at the yearly rent of £21 sterling.  This rent was
reduced to £17 yearly, but the abatement will not be binding on the purchase.

These premises are held under a Lease dated 25th March 1801 from Jane IRELAND
to William HOOPER, for the term of 800 years the yearly rent of £14, late currency,
equivalent to £12 18s 6d., sterling, present currency. This lease is not forthcoming
but is recited in the assignment thereof from William HOOPER to Daniel CALLAGHAN
merchant, dated 5th November 1802, which last mentioned deed of assignment was
registered in the Registry Office , Dublin, on the 13th November, 1802 and the
original thereof will be given to the purchaser.

registered and an attested copy of the Memorial will also be given to the
purchaser.

Farrencleary, in the North Liberties of the City of Cork, held for a term of 400
years, computed from 25th March, 1795.

NATURE OF TENANCY AND OBSERVATIONS:
Proposal [McCARTHY] for a lease for 200 years accepted by Daniel CALLAGHAN, Esq.,
deceased at the yearly rent here stated; said term to be computed from the 12th
day of January 1838, with a clause of surrender at the end of every three years.
A copy only of this proposal is forthcoming, but the tenants will attorn to
the purchaser according to the terms thereof here stated.

These premises are situate at Blackpool in the Borough of Cork, and are held under
a lease dated the 3rd of July, 1795 and made between Richard PIKE of the one part
and Thomas WALKER of the other part for the term of 400 years, commencing from the
25th of March 1795, at the yearly rent of £25 15s late currency, equivalent to
£30 4s 7-1/2d., sterling, present currency.

In this lease the premises are described as a piece or plot of ground,
part of the lands of Farrencleary, situate in Blackpool in the North Liberties
of the City of Cork, containing 63 feet front of Blackpool-street and 219 feet
back to the water course' and another piece or plot of ground being part of said
lands of Farrencleary, containing 53 feet front of Daniel DONOVAN's mill and
116 feet back to William GODWIN's holdings and bounded respectively
as in lease mentioned.  See general Condition of Sale at foot of Lot 2.
