same Lease for the same Term.

TENURE AND OBSERVATIONS:
Proposal dated 25th March, 1848, for seven years, pending cause of Callaghan v.
Callaghan; tenancy expires with sale.

These two lettings are in fact, only one building, divided into two, the upper
offices being let to Messrs. PIM and Co., and the lower offices, with linneys to
the rere, are let to Mr. Boardman, They contain, in front to the South Mall,
forty-nine feet, and in depth one hundred feet, or thereabouts.

Lots 2 and 3 are subject, under said Lease of 13th May, 1780, to the payment of
the Yearly Head-Rent of £21, of the present currency. It is proposed to sell Lot
3 as primarily liable to the entire of this Head-Rent, in exoneration of Lot 2.


LOT NO. 4.

Consisting of a small Store in Beazley-street, at present untenanted,
containing, in front to Beazley-street, 29 feet, and in depth, 69 feet. It is
valued by the Receiver in the Cause of Callaghan v. Callaghan, at £12 a year; it
is held under Lease from Joseph HARRISON to Abraham LANE, bearing date the 5th
December, 1752, for 900 years, from the 25th March then last, subject to the
Yearly Rent of £3 13s. 10d., present currency.
  By Deed of Assignment of the above premises, bearing date the 22 June, 1816,
  made by Francis WOODLEY, then of Frankfort, in the County of Cork, Esq., to
  Mr. CALLAGHAN, the said premises were granted, freed, released, and discharged
  from the payment of said Rent, which has never since been demanded thereout.
  The above Lease and Assignment will both be handed to the Purchaser.

  Conditions of Sale as to Lots 2,3, and 4.
The purchaser shall not be at liberty to require evidence of the title of the
Lessors to said Leases, or to object by reason of any incumbrances affecting
their interest.
