				 DESCRIPTIVE PARTICULARS AS TO LOT 5
				[Edited and Condensed where possible]

Held by lease dated 2nd May, 1800, executed by Rowland MORRISSON to James CHATTERTON for
a term of three lives with covenant for perpetual renewal payable half-yearly. with
renewal fine of one pepper-corn.

Lot as All That and Those, on piece of ground on New Street, called Morrison's Place,
This Ground is estimated as Building Ground as 2s. 6d. per foot, 523 feet in front to street,
and depth from front to rere, 80 to 90 feet more or less.  Bounded on the West with Lot of
ground where Architect Francis COTTRELL lately built a house; on the South with Warwick-street,
leaving free 22 feet wide clear for passage.  on the East. with road leading to Blackrock,
which divides premises from Malthouse and concerns of Mr. Strettle JACKSON; and on the North
with said street called Morrison's Place which was to be left 78 feet wide in the clear.

And also another piece or plot of ground on the said Warwick-street, 272 feet in front, depth
from front to rere 150 feet from Seymour's Lane about 60 feet, where it is an acute angle
to Lot, to the East from about 60 feet, to about one foot in depth, more or less a passage,
on the south partly with holdings of Mr. Thomas DAUNT, Apothecary, and partly with the field
called Mrs. HURRUE'S field with the acute angle mentioned above; on the North by Warwick with
two plots therby demised were part and parcel of the lands of Monerea, Carrigeens or Bohermountain
in the South east quarter of the City of Cork.

There are also covenants between landlord and tenants and declarations among and between tenants
that if any mercantile store or stores should be built on premises, no doors should be opened
nor suffer to be opened of said stores on the north-wall of Morrisson's Place, ranging with the
houses built by Francis COTTRELL and William KEARNS Morrison's Place and adjoining premises.

In the lease is endorsed a memorandum signed by Michael MORRISON reciting that he was seized
of certain ground and premises in Morrisson's Place to the north-ward and fronting said
premises. By this memorandum, Michael Morrison also enters into an agreement respecting
the South-wall thereof.

A renewal was executed of lease dated 6th February 1849 by Robert MORRISON to Sir William
Abraham CHATTERTON, the lives being therein the said Sir CHATTERTON AND their ROYAL HIGHNESS
VICTORIA ADELAIDE MARY LOUISA, the  PRINCESS ROYAL OF ENGLAND AND ALBERT EDWARD, PRINCE of
WALES.

				CONDITIONS OF SALE AS TO LOT No. 5
The purchaser of LOT 5, shall not be entitled to require evidence of the title of the
Lessors in the Lease of 2nd May, 1800 or renewal 6th February 1849, or either of them,

affecting their or any or either of their Estate or Interest.

Premises held by lease dated 13th September, 1732 by Mark GODDART to John COOKE and Francis COOKE
for 895 years from 24th June then last past at yearly rent of £18 payab;e half-yearly.

All That and Those plot or ground then in the possession of John and Francis COOKE, on the
South East Marsh of the City of Cork, commonly called DUNSCOMBE'S MARSH, bounded on the South
with George's street in front, on the West with the New Street called Caroline-street,
extending northward from George's street to the lane joining the houses lately built by
Michael HUGHES and adjoining property of Mr. LAULHES, on the EAST a wall belonging to
John and Francis COOKE.

There is also a provision for COOKES and all the tenants and under tenants to land or ship
goods on the quay before William THOMPSON'S holdings without payment of quayage. Lease
contains the usual clauses and covenants between Landlord and tenant.

The original lease of 13th September, 1732 and counterparts of the undertenants' leases of
13th April, 1763 - 28th February 1736 - 2nd November 1901 - 31st January, 1821 and 15th
December will be handed to the purchaser.
