D. 39 4 1 TENURE BY WHICH TENANTS HOLD Lease dated 23rd September, 1835, from Charlotte MANNIX, to Richard SHERRARD, of part of said lands of Kilcully, therein stated to contain 22 acres, English Statute measure, more or less, situate in the Parish of Kilcully, and North Liberties of the City of Cork, bounded on the north and east by a piece of ground, therein the possession of the representatives of William LANE, deceased ; on the south by Kicully River, and on the west by the old road leading to Mallow, for the lives of Richard SHERRARD, the lessee, Mary TARRANT, otherwise SHERRARD, wife of Thomas Hoskins TARRANT, and Richard TARRANT, eldest son of the said Thomas H. TARRANT, and Mary TARRANT, and the survivor of them, and 31 years, to commence from the decease of such survivor, at the yearly rent of £39 4s. 1d., which includes £2 5s. 8d., tithe rent-charge, and which it was thereby agreed should be paid yearly to the Rector of the Parish of Kilcully, and his successors, being the then yearly composition chargeable thereon, so long as the same should continue and be payable. OBSERVATIONS One of the lives named in this lease, namely, Mary TARRANT, now aged about 50 years, is still alive. The counterpart of said lease is forthcoming, and will be handed to the purchaser. MANNIX, and in said lease the premises are described as the dwelling-house, out-offices, and land, containing 28 a. 2r., be the same more or less. OBSERVATIONS This lease will expire with the sale, and the tenant will be entitled to emblements (if any), and such right of entry as is incident thereto.
