Rental of certain Dwelling Houses and Premises situate in the North Main-street,
in the Town of Youghal, and County of Cork, known as Nos. 78 and 79. Held in
Fee-simple.

TENURE BY WHICH TENANTS HOLD:
Tenant under the Court of Chancery by Lease from 29th September, 1856, for 7
years pending the cause of CARROLL v. MANNIX, and in said lease the premises are
described as two Dwelling-houses, and a Store to the rere thereof, with a
Stable, Yard, and Garden to the rere thereof.

OBSERVATIONS:
This holding originally consisted of one house, but it was several years ago
divided into two.

TENURE BY WHICH TENANTS HOLD:
Lease dated 4th August, 1827, from Charlotte MANNIX to Daniel HARRIS, of a
Dwelling-house, Back Linney, and Garden in the rere thereof, bounded as therein
mentioned, for the term of 99 years, from 25th March then last, and by said
lease the said lessee, his executors, administrators, and assigns were empowered
at the end of the first seven years of said term, and at the expiration of every
three years thereafter, to be computed from three years to three years, to
surrender said premises, first giving in manner therein mentioned to the lessor,
her executors, administrators, or assigns, three calendar months previous notice
in writing, and leaving the premises in tenantable repair.

OBSERVATIONS:
This Tenant's yearly rent was abated by order of the Master in the Cause of
CARROLL v. MANNIX, from £16 to £14 a year, from 29th September, 1852, until
further order, but this abatement will not be binding upon the purchaser. The
counterpart of said lease is forthcoming, and will be handed to the purchaser.
