DENOMINATIONS: No. 2 YOUGHAL, Do., Known as No. 79 TENANTS' NAMES: Daniel HARRIS DESCRIPTION OF HOLDING: Dwelling House and Premises, 20 feet in front, and 195 feet from front to rere ANNUAL RENT: £ s. d. 16 0 0 TENURE BY WHICH TENANTS HOLD: Lease dated 4th August, 1827, from Charlotte MANNIX to Daniel HARRIS, of a Dwelling-house, Back Linney, and Garden in the rere thereof, bounded as therein mentioned, for the term of 99 years, from 25th March then last, and by said lease the said lessee, his executors, administrators, and assigns were empowered at the end of the first seven years of said term, and at the expiration of every three years thereafter, to be computed from three years to three years, to surrender said premises, first giving in manner therein mentioned to the lessor, her executors, administrators, or assigns, three calendar months previous notice in writing, and leaving the premises in tenantable repair. OBSERVATIONS: This Tenant's yearly rent was abated by order of the Master in the Cause of CARROLL v. MANNIX, from £16 to £14 a year, from 29th September, 1852, until further order, but this abatement will not be binding upon the purchaser.
