MIDDLETON: on the South by house of Mrs. ARMSTRON; on the East by a store then in
the possession of John MORROGH, and on the West by St. Patrick-street.  Leased for
a term of 61 years from 1st May for yearly rent of £84, with a clause of surrender at
the end of every three years, giving six months notice in writing, leaving the premises
in tenantable repair. Power given to Lessee to assign or sublet to assigns for a
lease of 61 years but rent will continue in lessee's name.

the term of 190 years at yearly rent of £22 15s. 0d. of the then Irish currency, equal to
£21 present currency. A covenant for renewal at the end of every seven years, giving
12 calendar months, leaving the premises in tentantable repair.

said William MANNIX.  Lease reserves to William MANNIX, his assigns et al, and the public
a free and open passage or lane 10 feet wide to said MANNIX'S other premises.  Lease for
the term of 850 years at yearly rate of £6 10s. 0d. then Irish currency equal to £6 present.

OBSERVATIONS: The counterpart of this lease is forthcoming, and will be handed to the
purchaser. The rent of £5 15s. only, of this rent, has been paid to the Receiver in the
Cause of CARROLL v. MANNIX, since his appointment on January 1847, by the tenant in
possession, but it is not known how or when the reduction took place.

then Irish currency, equal to £8 8s. 0d., present currency.

South by the premises of Mr. Thomas SULLIVAN; on the east by the garden of Denis MOYLAN, Esq.
and on the West by the Old Market-place.  Lease granted for the lives of Daniel CAHILL and
John CAHILL [both now deceased] and Andrew CAHILL [living, now aged about 44 years] being the
three eldest sons of the lessee and the survivor of them.

partly by the premises of Michael PEARSE and those of Patrick BRIEN and those of James CASEY
and those of Laurence BUCKLEY.  Lease for the term of 36 years.
