and George BECHER (THE OWNERS) to James TOBIN for the lives of Margaret TOBIN (deceased),
daughter of the lessee;  Richard COPPINGER (living and now aged about 18 years), son of the
late Richard COPPINGER of Skibbereen, and St John CLERKE (living and now aged about 15 years)
son of Thomas St. John CLERKE of Coronea.  The contents are stated to be 2 gneeves and a-half.

OBSERVATIONS: The Lessee was to expend a sum of £50 in building a dwelling-house and out Offices
on said Premises.  The purchaser will get a compared copy of the lease made from the tenant's part.

NOTED: Above THREE tenants are year to year, determined the 29th September in each year.
NOTED:  The Townland of BANAKNUCKANE is detached on the road from Ballydehob to Bantry and about a
half-mile from the Village of Ballydehob and about one-eighth mile from the remainder of the
western part of the Estate.  The surface is generally rocky, but affords very good pasture for
dairy cows and the clearer parts afford good tillage.  There are about 70 acres of turf-bog on this
denomination which could be easily reclaimed.  The tenants are very industrious and respectable.  Those
lands are within  the jurisdiction of the Manor Court of Ballydehob.  This lot will be sold subject
to the sum of £3 2s. 2d being portion of the quit-rent to which the entire fee-simple lands were liable
with other lands, but entitled to the contribution for same, from Lots 7,8,9, and 10.  The Mines and
Minerals of this Lot will be sold with the land and will be included in the conveyance to Purchaser.

aged about 32 years) and of James, son of said Lessee (now living and aged about 30 years)

OBSERVATIONS: The Lessee, heirs &c should give in addition to yearly rent, one fat hog
of 1 1/2 cwt or £1 11s in lieu thereof each and every year, The purchaser will get a compared
copy of the lease made from the tenant's part.
