Descriptive Particulars.
This Lot or Townland is situate in the Parish of Skull, Barony of West Carbery, and County of Cork, distant
about 5 miles from the rising villages of Skull and Ballydehob, in each of which monthly fairs are held,
and distant about 12 miles from each of the great business towns of Skibbereen and Bantry. It adjoins
Dunmanus Bay, where abundance of sea manure is to be had, with plenty of turbary on the Lands. They are
held in Fee Simple, and are not subject to Quit Rent, but the Mines, Minerals and all other royalties and
Manorial rights are vested in the Duke of Devonshire, his heirs, and assigns.

Descriptive Particulars.
This lot of the Townland of Madora, situate in the Parish of Caharah in the same barony and county,
contains 108 Acres, and 2 Perches, as above set forth, and is held under a Lease dated the 5th day
of January, 1793, from John YOUNG to Timothy O'DRISCOL, for his life and 199 years thereafter, at the
yearly rent of £30 late currency, equal to £27 13s 10d present currency.
Said Timothy DRISCOLL died 20th September, 1824, when the term of 199 years begins to run. The land is
of good quality, distant about 5 miles from Skibbereen, and 12 miles from Bantry...
