IN THE COURT OF THE COMMISSIONERS FOR SALE OF INCUMBERED ESTATES IN IRELAND
CITY OF CORK:  To be sold by Auction: SALE on Wednesday 9th day of May, 1855 at one o'Clock noon'

Biddings to be taken by Mr. William MARSHS and then submitted to The Right Honorable John RICHARDS,
Chief of Commissioners at his Chambers, Henrietta-street, Dublin on Monday May 14th, 1855.

	The Townland of DONEEN NORTH, which is held in fee-simple, contains 102a, 2r, 37p statute measure and is situate in the
Parish of Ballymartle, Barony of [Kinalea] and County of Cork. It lies adjoining the old road between Cork and [Kinsale] and is about
twelve miles distant from Cork and four from [Kinsale] and within two miles of the Quay, near BROWNE"S Mills, where sea manure
can be had in large quantities on very reasonable terms.

The land is divided into large fields and is good for both pasture and tillage. the farm lies well in a ring fence and on it are
good Out-offices (covered with ton slate) which are centrally placed and in good repair.  The whole  of the land  is now unlet
and on hands and in pasture, and has not been tilled for sometime back.

	The purchase will be entitles to immediate possession.
	Griffith's Valuation is £41 10s. 0d
	The lands were by lease dated 7th September 1840, let at annual rent of £60
	The Tithe Rent-charge on said lands is £3 0s 1/2d yearly.
	There is not any Quit-rent charged upon these lands

	Proposals for the purchase of the above lands, by private contract, will be received
	up to the 25th day of April 1855, by the Solicitor having the carriage of the sale,
	and will submitted to the Commissioners for their approval.
