It lies adjoining the old road between Cork and [Kinsale] and is about twelve miles distant from Cork and four from [Kinsale] and within two miles of the Quay, near BROWNE"S Mills, where sea manure can be had in large quantities on very reasonable terms. The land is divided into large fields and is good for both pasture and tillage. the farm lies well in a ring fence and on it are good Out-offices (covered with ton slate) which are centrally placed and in good repair. The whole of the land is now unlet and on hands and in pasture, and has not been tilled for sometime back. The purchase will be entitles to immediate possession.
