Partition deeds were executed in the years 1793 and 1803 between the respective parties who were then entitled to the Lessee's interest in the whole of the said Lands and Premises, by which Lands and Premises comprised in this Lot were allotted in severalty to the party declared entitled thereto subject to [illegible] said reserved yearly rent. The lease excepts all woods, and underwoods, Ash Oak and Elm trees growing or to grow on said Premises with liberty to fell, cut down and carry away same; and also reserves Mines, Minerals, Quarries, Franchises, and Royalties whatsoever. And liberty for Lessor, his Heirs et al and his and their servants to Hunt, Hawk and Fish on said Lands of Ardmartin at his and their will and pleasure.
