RENTAL and Descriptive Particulars of the Lands of LISNEGAT about 4 miles of the town of Bandon,
situate in the Barony of Kinalmeaky, County of Cork, held for a residue of 995 years from the
25th March, 1764 at the yearly rent of £120 late currency being £110 15s 4-1/2d British Sterling.
producing a Nett Yearly Profit of £113 8s 9d, seven undivided ninth parts whereof are to be sold
pursuant to the absolute Order for sale in this matter.

			Griffith's Valuation of the entire is £240 15s 0d

	The several shares and proportions following of the Lands of LISNEGAT, that is to say (?) parts
or one-fifth part thereof being formerly the estate of Corless William BALDWIN; or (?) parts or one-fifth the
estate being formerly the estate of Henry BALDWIN; (?) parts or one-fifth being formerly the estate of
James BALDWIN; (?) parts, being one-third of the one-fifth formerly the estate of Elizabeth BALDWIN
and after-wards of the said Corless William BALDWIN; (?)parts being the share of the said William McCRIEGHT
of the said one-fifth, formerly the Estate of the said Elizabeth Baldwin; (?) parts being the share of the
said Petitioners of the said one-fifth, formerly the estate of said Elizabeth Baldwin; (?) parts being the
share of said Louisa HERRICK, John Edward HERRICK, Isabella SHAW HERRICK, Henrietta HERRICK, Eliza LEADER,
Herbert BALDWIN, and Herbert BALDWIN, the younger. of the said one-fifth, formerly the estate of said
Elizabeth Baldwin; and (?) being the share of the said Elizabeth Mc CARTHY of the said one fifth, formerly
the estate of the said Elizabeth BALDWIN,

Lands of LISNEGAT, situate in the Barony of Kinalmeaky, County Cork, containing 303a 0r 35p English
Statute measure, (more or less) the entire of said lands being held by virtue of a Lease dated 6th
May 1771, from Robert BALDWIN to William to William BALDWIN, subject to the yearly rent of
£110 15s 4-1/2d, equilvalent to the Yearly rent of £120 late currency.

PARTICULARS OF TENANCY: "Condensed" Proposal dated 6th September, 1848 for the term of 40 years,
as all other previous leases vacated. at the yearly rent of 12s 6d per acre and accepted by Jane WARING,
(now the Petitioner Jane HENNESSY) and William McCRIEGHT with exceptions for rights of the mines,
minerals, timber etc. granted to the Lessor.

PARTICULARS OF TENANCY: "Condensed" Tenant holds under an unsigned memorandum of agreement dated 23rd
April, 1850 for 21 years at the yearly rent of 13s per acre.  The name of tenant's son is not stated.
A copy of the agreement will be handed to the purchaser, who will be bound to grant a lease and the
tenant bound to take such lease within 2 months of purchase, if not it default to a year to year
determinable on the 25th March each year.

PARTICULARS OF TENANCY: "Condensed" Lease dated 22nd December 1824 granted by James BALDWIN,
Walter McCARTHY, Mary HERRICK and Anne BALDWIN with the consent and approbation of Thomas CUTHBERT,
Mary WHEELER, John WILLIAMS and Walter McCARTHY, the younger to John DAWSON, then and for some time
in the past in the possession of John DAWSON and his undertenants.

Original rent was £80 and reduced 24th April 1852 by an agreement by William McCRIEGHT, Mary McCRIEGHT,
Eliza McCARTHY, Mathew TAYLOR and Jane HENNESSY for a term of 61 years at rent of £50. which
agreement will be binding on the purchaser.

The counterpart of Lease dated 22nd December 1824, and copy of the agreement will be  handed to the
purchaser.

PARTICULARS OF TENANCY: "Condensed" Lease dated 17th May 1793 granted by Corless BALDWIN, Henry BALDWIN
and James BALDWIN, Walter McCARTHY And Sarah McCARTHY to Thomas WALSH of the house and lands of 59 acres
and 35 perches for the term of 99 years at the annual rent of £1 2s 9d for each and every acre,
English Statute measure,  Lease contains usual covenants and a covenant by Thomas WALSH for all his heirs,
assignees, etc, to not cut down, lop, root up or otherwise destroy any of the timber on said premises,
under penalty of £5 for every tree destroyed

A covenant that allows the Lessors, his assigns with workman to enter, inspect and repair the said
premises and for payment of expenses thereof.

The counterpart of this lease is not forthcoming, but a correct copy thereof will be handed to the
purchaser.

					Conditions of Sale
					------------------
The purchaser pf Lot 1 shall not be entitled to require evidence of the Lessor in the lease of 6th
May, 1771, to make same or object by reason of any incumbrance affecting his estste or interest.
