			Well-Secured head rents payable out of the
		    the Lands of Curriglass (LOTS 1 and 2) and Lisnabrin, (LOTS 3-9)
		 with their sub-denominations situate in the Barony of Kinnatalloon,
				County of Cork, held in Fee:

						ALSO
		portion of said lands of Curriglass, situate as last foresaid,
			held under lease for term 900 years [LOTS 1 & 2]
						ALSO
	the Fee-farm rent of £42 15s 2d, payable out of the Lands of Ballynakelly, alias Glengariff,
		in the Barony of Orrery and Kilmore, County Cork [LOT-10]
						ALSO
	Fee-farm rent of £38 13s 1d payable out of the Lands of Munee, or Muneleigh. in the

PARTICULARS OF TENANCY: Lease dated 9th April 1784 from Hon. James LYSAGHT to George BOWLES, Esq.
of Mount Prospect of the Farm commonly called Thirty Acres, together with two fields containing
about 6 acres, 2 roods the whole of said two denominations for the term of 990 years.

OBSERVATIONS: The tenant is liable to pay all Tithe rent charge payable out of this Lot.
By a recent survey these lands are found to contain 35a 1r 7p Statute measure.

PARTICULARS OF TENANCY: Lease dated 11th February 1772 made by Nicholas LYSAGHT, Esq. to
Edward CROKER, Esq. aforesaid gentleman of that part of town and Lands of Curriglass Glasshouse,
then in possession of Walter CROKER, containing by common estimation 50 acres, together with
half the timber and other trees standing or growing which should thereafter stand or grow upon
for term of 990 years.

OBSERVATIONS: The tenant is liable to pay all Tithe rent charge payable out of this Lot.
By a recent survey these lands appear to have 50 acres. Statute measure. The entire Lot
has been planted with timber.  The counterpart of this lease is not forthcoming, but a
certified copy will be handed to the purchaser.

PARTICULARS OF TENANCY: Lease dated 20th September 1771 from Nicholas LYSAGHT to George BOWLES, Esq.
of part of the Lands of Upper Curriglass with that part of Glasshouse which contains about 50 acres:
together wit two fields containing Mount Prospect of the Farm commonly called Thirty Acres,
together with two meadows commonly called Ten Acres, with all ways, passages and the use of the
water-course from the bridge to the Meadows. for the term of 990 years,  Contains usual covenants
as well as covenant for lessee to surrender said premises upon giving six months in writing.

	The rent was reduced to present by lease dated 24th March 1774 having surrendered a
portion for the use of the present Church of Curriglass. [Note: Prev rent not shown]

OBSERVATIONS: The tenant is liable to pay all Tithe rent charge payable out of this Lot.
By a recent survey of these several parcels, the whole of these lands were found to contain
99a 3r 5p statute measure.  The Church and yard contiguous to this Lot are excluded from the sale.
