The rent was reduced to present by lease dated 24th March 1774 having surrendered a portion for the use of the present Church of Curriglass. [Note: Prev rent not shown] OBSERVATIONS: The tenant is liable to pay all Tithe rent charge payable out of this Lot. By a recent survey of these several parcels, the whole of these lands were found to contain 99a 3r 5p statute measure.
