			Well-Secured head rents payable out of the
		    Lands of Curriglass (LOTS 1 and 2) and Lisnabrin, (LOTS 3-9)
		 with their sub-denominations situate in the Barony of Kinnatalloon,
				County of Cork, held in Fee:

						ALSO
		portion of said lands of Curriglass, situate as last foresaid,
			held under lease for term 900 years
						ALSO
	the Fee-farm rent of £42 15s 2d, payable out of the Lands of Ballynakelly, alias Glengariff,
		in the Barony of Orrery and Kilmore, County Cork [LOT-10]
						ALSO
	Fee-farm rent of £38 13s 1d payable out of the Lands of Munee, or Muneleigh. in the
			barony of Fermoy, County Cork [LOT-11]

PARTICULARS OF TENANCY: Lease dated 30th April 1782 from Hon. James LYSAGHT to James
BONWELL, Esq. of the mansion house, offices, gardens, orchards, meadows and pastures together
with the field demised by Edward CROKER to Nicholas LYSAGHT containing 7 acres: and all other lands
of Curriglass, then lately held by Nicholas LYSAGHT lease from James LYSAGHT except as therein excepted:
that is to say the filed commonly called Patrick Field containing 17 acres; that piece of ground
called Springfield, containing 7 acres and the patch of land in the front lawn commonly called
Burriss's Holding: which said several parcels were not intended to be comprised within said 90 acres.

The lease was for 977 years, at yearly rent of 41 shillings, late currency, for each and every acre,
on fair survey should be found. This lease contains a covenant that said James BONWELL was to be
allowed a half-yearly abatement or deduction and James BONWELL is now deceased and there is no longer
any abatement agreement. Agreement that said James BONWELL make half timber available to James LYSAGHT
and if defaults, said James LYSAGHT enters premises to cut and carry away such timber.

The rent is and has been for many years paid in the Following proportion:

	The tenant is liable to pay all the Tithe rent charge of this Lot, which by said
lease were found to contain 95a 2r 2p statute measure.

A part of this demise, containing about 8a 0r 16p demised with other lands by lease dated
10th May 1859 made between William Adam SHERLOCKK and John Thomas SHERLOCK on the part and
Mary BRIBOSIA, wife of Francis BRIBOSIA on the other part, pursuant to lease bearing date 12th
October 1769, made between Edward CROKER, Esq. to Nicholas LYSAGHT for 900 years.

The original agreement of 12th October, 1769 is not forthcoming but the lease of
10 May, 1859 will be handed to the purchaser.

PARTICULARS OF TENANCY: Fee-Farm rent dated 1st September 1855, from the owner in
this matter (by her then name Mary PLAMONT) to Michael GREEN, Bridget HAINES, and
William FURLONG (sic) being executed under the provisions of the Renewable Lease
Conversion Act in lieu of a lease for lives renewable for ever, dated 22nd October, 1718
from Robert FOULK to Thomas WARNER, that part of the Lands of Ballynakelly, commonly
called Glengariff containing 169a 2r 24p, (excepting mines, minerals, quarries, and other
rights. hunting, fishing &c.

Observations: The tenant is liable to pay all the Tithe rent charge of this Lot, which by said
lease were found to contain 172a 3r 1p statute measure.

It appears that  a further Quit-rent sum of 11s 9 on these lands paid for by Mr. COURTNEY,
a neighboring owner, and the owners had not been called upon to do so.

PARTICULARS OF TENANCY: Fee-farm grant dated 20th March 1854, made by the present owner,
by her then name of Mary CORMAC to Francis ROWLAND, Esq. executed under the provisions of
the Renewable Lease Conversion Act in lieu of an Indenture of lease of the 16th October, 1710
[Noted showing 1701 also] from Robert FOULK to Richard ROWLAND, that part of the Lands of
Munee otherwise Muneeleigh, for lives renewable for ever.

Observations: The tenant is liable to pay all the Tithe rent charge of this Lot, with
Covenant excepting mines, minerals, quarries,and other rights. hunting, fishing &c. to Lessor
