CONSISTING OF ANOTHER PORTION OF SHANNON-STREET, IN THE TOWN OF BANDON.

39 Elizabeth TRESILIAN	     Lease dated 1st may, 1839, from Henry Earl of Shannon to Stewart TRESILIAN,
                             for the Lives of Robert Webb HAMILTON, then aged 15 years; Stewart TRESILIAN,
                             then aged 6 years; and Thamar SWETE, then aged about 14 years; and for 31
                             Years to commence from the death of the survivor of them. Robert W. Hamilton
                             and Stewart TRESILIAN are the only surviving Lives on the Lease. (*handwritten note
                             N.B. Thomas SWETE is stated to be living.)

40 Edward PRESTON	     Tenant from Year to Years, commenced 29th Sept. 1849.

41 Edward PRESTON            Agreement for a Lease for Lives of His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales, His Royal
			     Highness Prince Alfred and Percy Broderick BERNARD, eldest Son of the Hon. and Rev.
			     Charles Broderick BERNARD, aged about 8 years; and 31 Years from the 29th Sept. 1849.

42 William G. HARRIS, Reps.  Lease dated 1st May, 1839, from Henry Earl of Shannon to Robert Tresilian BELCHER, for
   of Robert T. BELCHER      the Lives of Robert Webb HAMILTON, then aged about 15 years; Stewart Tresilian, then
                             aged about 6 years; and Thomas SWETE then aged about 14 years; and for 31 Years to
                             commence from the death of the survivor of them. R.W. HAMILTON and Stewart TRESILIAN
                             are the only surviving lives in this Lease.

43 James HAMILTON Reps of    Lease dated 10th March, 1824, from Henry Earl of Shannon to Catherine FALVEY, for the
   Catherine FALVEY          Lives of Robert FALVEY, then aged 12 years; Michael CUNNINGHAM, then aged 18 years; and
                             Jeremiah FALVEY, then aged 9 years; and for 31 years from the day of the death of the
                             survivor of them; and reserves all Royalties to the Landlord. Michael CUNNINGHAM is the
                             only surviving Life in this Lease.

44 Ellen MURRAY, Reps. of    Lease date 10th May, 1821, from Henry Earl of Shannon to Richard NUGENT, for the Lives
   Richard NUGENT            of Patrick NUGENT, then aged 24 years; Thomas BENNETT, then aged 9 years; and Edward
                             DOWDEN, then aged 13 years; and for 21 Years from the day of the death of the survivor
                             of them. Thomas BENNETT and Patrick NUGENT are the only surviving Lives in this Lease.

45 Henry HAMILTON	     Lease dated 1st May, 1839, from Henry Earl of Shannon to Henry HAMILTON, for the Lives
                             of Robert Webb HAMILTON, then aged about 15 years; Stewart TRESILIAN, then aged about
                             6 years; and Thomas SWETE, then aged about 14 Years; and for 31 Years to commence from
                             the death of the survivor of them. *Robert Webb HAMILTON and Stewart TRESILIAN are the
                             only surviving Lives in the Lease.


This Lot is situate at the South side of Shannon-street, and extends from Lot No. 46 to Warner's-lane. The houses have
been erected by the Tenants, are substantial, and well built, of three stories. The Tenants are respectable and solvent;
the Shannon Commercial Railway Hotel is on this Lot.
