			situate in the Parish of Tracton, Barony of Kinnalea, County Cork

 	TENANTS NAMES          		TENURE AND OBSERVATIONS [Condensed]
	John McDonald and the		Lease dated 17th June, 1844 from Richard Earl of Shannon,
	Reps. of Eugene McDonald	to John and Eugene McDonald, for the Life of John McDonald,
					for a term of 31 years. John McDonald the Life in the lease
					is still living, aged about 40 years of age.
					This land has all the reserved rights for Hunting; fishing;
					mining; quarrying royalties etc., reserved to the Landlord.

NOTED: The Ordnance Valuation of this Lot is £110.  No Tithe Rent-Charge is paid by the Tenants of these Lands,
the Earl of Shannon being the Lay Impropriator, his rights as such in respect of this Lot will pass to the Purchaser.
These Lands are held free of all Quit and Crown Rent. These Lands possess the advantage of Water-Carriage for
Agricultural Productions to the Market and the celebrated Harbour of Cove, from which the Lands are
distant about Two miles.
