NATURE OF TENANCY AND OBSERVATIONS: [REARDON] Lease from James WALLIS, Esq. to this tenant dated 27th September 1843 for 999 years from the 1st November then next at the yearly rent of £30. Tenant covenant within two years to spend £100 in improvements, which was done upon said tenant entering into possession. and all his heirs, assignees etc to keep the premises insured for £200 in case of fire with power to the landlord to effect such insurance and to pay the premiums if the tenants should default; the sums to be paid be recoverable by the landlord by distress or otherwise, as if for an arrear of rent. The insurance of not now subsisting, but the purchaser will be entitled to the benefit of this covenant. Lease contains a clause of surrender at the end of every three years. By an order of the Court of Chancery, made 16th June 1856, in the matter of WALLIS Petitioner; WALLIS Respondent, this tenant's rent was reduced to the sum of £17 10s, but shall not be binding on the purchaser. ------ House and Yard in Same £2 10s 0 Evergreen-st. aforesaid as formerly in the possession of said Denis REARDON, &c. NATURE OF TENANCY AND OBSERVATIONS: [REARDON] Lease from James WALLIS, dated 25th March 1851 for 999 years from date thereof at the yearly rent of £2 10s, sterling. A compared copy of the lease will be given to the purchaser.
