Cork - Collins, John, 15 Dec 1839 *********************************************** Ireland Genealogy Projects Archives Cork Index Copyright ************************************************ File contributed by: Rosalind Dunning ros.dunning@outlook.com December 3, 2017, 6:58 am COLLINS, JOHN, 15 DEC 1839 Source: National Archives Kew England Written: November 22, 1716 Recorded: December 3, 2017 I Mary Barry Widow Relict of James Barry late of Rath Cormell of Corke in the Kingdom of Ireland Esqr Deceased Doe hereby make and Declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following That is to say first I desire all my just debts and funeral expences shall be paid and discharged Item I give and bequeath unto my Cousen Elizabeth Conliffe the sum of five pounds to buy her mourning Item I give and bequeath unto my said Cozen Elizabeth Conliffe the sum of One hundred pounds to be laid out by my Executrix hereinafter named within three months after my decease in the purchase of an Annuity or otherwise for the better subsistence of my said Cozen for her life But in case my said Cozen shall happen to die before me Then my Will is That forty and five pounds part thereof shall be paid to my Sister Elizabeth Auseland Twenty pounds other part thereof to my Daughter Mrs Mary Barry Ten pounds other part thereof to my Son Redmond Barry Esq ten pounds other part thereof to my Son James Barry five pounds other part thereof to my Cozen Thomas Paxton five pounds other part thereof to Elizabeth Nott five pounds other part thereof to my Nephew Mr Abraham Auseland but in case of his decease Then the said five pounds to be paid to his Sister Mrs Elizabeth Ausland The Residue of the said One hundred pounds I give to my dear friend Mrs Jane Sherard Widow my Executrix herein after named Item I give and bequeath unto my Landlady Mrs Barry a Guinea for a Ring And to my Cozen Mr Thomas Paxton a Guinea for a Ring I give and bequeath to my said Cozen's Mother forty shillings Item I give and bequeath unto Mr Baradine the sum of Ten pounds And to the Widow Jeffs the sum of five pounds Item I give unto Mrs Taylor Three pounds to be paid to Mr Ashton for her use Item I give and bequeath to the said Mrs Jane Sherrard All such Wearing Apparell and other things which I shall eave in England to be by her disposed of as she shall think fitt All the rest and residue of my Estate whatsoever my Debts funerall Expences and Legacys being first paid and discharged I give and bequeath unto my said friend Mrs Jane Sherard and I do hereby nominate and appoint the said Mrs Jane Sherard Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills declaring this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto Sett my hand and Seal this two and Twentieth day of November in the year of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred and sixteen Mary Barry (Attestation Clause) Hen: filler _ Jane Dodson Proved at London 14 June 1720 PCC Prob11/574/368
