Revoking all other Wills therefore by word or writing and this and no other to be taken for my last Will and Testament Imprimis I recommend my Soul to God who gave it my Body to the Earth to be buried after a decent Christian manner as my Executor hereinafter named shall direct either by Sea or Land and as God may think meet to decree likewise I give and bequeath to my dear and wellbeloved Wife Mary Callaghane and to my Aunt Elenor Derumple Wife of John Derumple jointly and Severally all and every my Worldly Goods and Substance both Real and Personal of what nature soever Share and Share alike that at the time of my death by ways or means that I should or may be intitled unto or Possessed of or with at the time of my death all such Sum and Sums of Money as shall or may become due and payable to me in any wise whatsoever on Account of my Service done on board of any of his Majesties Ships of War frigates or Vessels or on board any Merchant Ships whatsoever and I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said dear and well beloved Wife Mary and my Aunt Elenor Derumpell Sole Executors of this my last Will and Testament and I do hereby revoke disannul and make void all other Will and Wills by me formerly made ratifying and confirming this my only last Will and no other Witness my hand and Seal this 9th day of March 1758 Maurice Callaghan Sealed and Published in the Presence of Adam Drake _ Tho: Pain 2 May 1760 Administration with Will annexed to Richard Morris Esquire lawful Attorney to Mary Callaghan and Elenor Derumple Wife of John Derumple now residing in the City of Cork PCC Prob11/855
