Cork - Collins, Darby September 12, 1706 *********************************************** Ireland Genealogy Projects Archives Cork Index Copyright ************************************************ File contributed by: Rosalind Dunning ros.dunning@outlook.com April 7, 2019, 12:24 pm COLLINS, DARBY SEPTEMBER 12, 1706 Source: National Archives Kew England Written: September 12, 1706 Transcribed: April 7, 2019 In the Name of God Amen That I Darby Collins belonging to her Majesties Shipp Experiment being in bodily health and of sound and disposeing mind and memory Doe for avoideing controversies after my decease make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner following first I recommend my Soul to God that gave it and my body I committ to the Earth or Sea as it shall please God to order And as for concerning all my worldly Estate I bequeath in manner following Vizt. the one halfe of my pay and wages that is due unto me or may become due for my Service on Board any of her Majesties ships of Warr I doe give and bequeath the same unto my Brother Daniel Collins of Bantry Bay in the Kingdome of Ireland And the other halfe my said Wages equally to be Divided between Jeremiah Cannon and Anthony French both belonging unto her Majesties said Ship Mariners And I doe hereby nominate and appoint the said Jeremiah Cannon and Anthony French joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament Hereby revokeing all former and other Wills by me heretofore made and I doe publish these presents to be for and as my only last Will and Testament In Witness whereof to this my said Will I have hereunto set my hand and Seale this Twelfth Day of September Anno Domini One Thousand Seven Hundred and Six And in the fifth year of the Raigne of her Majesty Queen Ann over England etc. The marke of Darby Collins Signed Sealed and published in the presence of Richd Pinfold _ William Hickson Proved at London 20 January 1707/8 PCC Prob11/499
