Cork - Comerford, James January 16, 1830 *********************************************** Ireland Genealogy Projects Archives Cork Index Copyright ************************************************ File contributed by: Rosalind Dunning ros.dunning@outlook.com February 11, 2018, 7:31 am COMERFORD, JAMES JANUARY 16, 1830 Source: National Archives Kew England Written: January 16, 1830 Recorded: February 11, 2018 In the Name of God Amen I James Comerford late of the City of Cork in Ireland but now living in Paris do make this my last will and Testament I give and bequeath to my Sister Elizabeth Comerford now living at the City of Cork during her natural life one hundred pounds annually the first half yearly payment to take place one month after my decease said annuity to be paid her half yearly I also give and bequeath to my Niece Bridget Theresa Comerford one hundred pounds three per Ct stock in the English funds To my Niece Mary Boddington her Sister one hundred pounds three per Ct stock in the English funds and to her four children namely Thomas Mary Harriet and Emily Boddington one hundred pounds three per Ct stock in the English funds to each and every one of them so mentioned the remainder of my real and personal property in England Ireland and France and elsewhere I give and bequeath to my two Nephews George Comerford and James Comerford to be equally divided between them taking care that sufficient property is reserved for my Sister Elizabeth Comerford's annuity of one hundred pounds per annum during her natural life and for which I depend on the Integrity and honor of my Nephew James Comerford whom I appoint sole Executor and trustee to this my will written with my own hand this 16th day of January 1830 thirty in Paris James Comerford (Personal Appearance by William Kennedy of Rue neuve des Mathurins Paris validating Will and Codicil) Proved at London with a Codicil 13 December 1833 Prob11/1823
