In the Name of God Amen I Michael Deashy of the Town of 
Kingsale in the County of Cork one of the Pensioners of the 
Chest of Chatham being Sick and infirm of Body but of sound 
and disposing memory and understanding Do make and Publish 
this my last Will and Testament in manner following first I 
recommend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave it 
and my Body to be interred in the Earth and as for all and 
singular my Worldly Estate both real and Personal I Give 
devise and bequeath the same and every part thereof as 
followeth Secondly I leave Devise and bequeath all such 
debts Dues and Demands Goods Chattels and Effects and all 
Such arrears of Pension Sallary Wages Ticketts and all other 
Sum and Sums of Money whatsoever and all my Estate of what 
nature or Kind soever it be unto my dearly beloved father 
Cornelius Dastry of Kinsale aforesaid Cooper to his Sole and 
only use and behoof and I Do hereby nominate constitute and 
Appoint him the said Cornelius Deastry Sole Executor of this 
my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Will 
or Wills by me made In Witness whereof I have hereunto Put 
my hand and Seal this 10th day of August 1754 Michael Deashy 
his Mark
