In the Name of God Amen I Brown Driscol Mariner belonging to 
the friendship of London Captain John Seidgick Commander 
being of perfect Health mind and memory (thanks be to 
Almighty God) and I do make and publish my last Will and 
Testament in manner following to wit first I recommend my 
Soul to God who gave it my Body to the Earth to be buried 
after a decent Christian manner as my Executrix herein after 
named shall direct I give and bequeath unto my dear and well 
beloved Sister in Law Margaret Driscoll my Worldly Goods and 
Substance both Real and Personal and I do also give and 
bequeath unto my said Sister in Law Margaret Driscol being 
the Wife of my Brother Florce Driscol all such Sum and Sums 
of money as shall or may become due and payable to me in any 
wise whatever on Account of my Service on said Ship or any 
other Ship or Vessell whatsoever for the time past present 
and for the future And I do hereby nominate constitute and 
appoint my said dear and well beloved Sister in Law Margaret 
Driscol my Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament 
and I do hereby revoke disannul and make void all other Will 
and Wills by me formerly made ratifying and confirming this 
my only true last Will and no other Witness my Hand and Seal 
this thirtyth day of December 1746 six Ireland where no 
Stampt Paper is to be had Brown Driscol his Mark and Seal 
sealed and Published in the presence of Edmond Karney. John

6 October 1750 Administration with Will annexed to Florence 
Driscoll the Husband and lawful Attorney of Margaret 
Driscoll now residing at the City of 
Cork in Ireland
