In the Name of God Amen I Rebecca Gollock of the City of Cork
Widow and Relict of James Gollock of said City but formerly of
Forrest in the County of Cork Esq deceased being of sound and
disposing mind memory and understanding blessed and praised be
Almighty God for the same but considering the uncertainty of
this mortal life do make publish and declare this my last Will
and Testament in manner following that is to say Whereas in
and by the last Wills and Testaments of my dear Sisters Esther
Maria Laplant and Jane Laplant I am entitled to the Sum of
four thousand one hundred pounds Sterling together with
certain other Sums of money in said Wills particularly
mentioned with power to dispose of the same to and amongst my
daughter as I shall proper Now I do hereby leave devise and
bequeath said Sum of four thousand one hundred pounds together
with all further and other Sum and Sums of money as I now am
or hereafter may be entitled to under my said Sister's Wills
as aforesaid together with the three hundred pounds due to me
from Mr Wrixon to and amongst my daughters Ann Gibbings
otherwise Gollock Mary Gollock Jane Gollock and Esther Gollock
in manner following that is to say in equal proportions share
and share alike as my three eldest Daughters were left a piece
of plate each by their father I leave and bequeath unto my
Daughter Hester my Silver Tea Caddy I leave and bequeath unto
my Son Thomas Gollock one hundred pounds Sterl and to my Sons
Lewis and James  the Sum of Two hundred pounds each I leave
and bequeath unto my late Husband's Sister Mary Mayberry and
Judith Coppinger ten pounds each as a small mark of my
affection for them All the rest residue and remainder of my
fortune of every nature and kind soeverI leave to my daughters
in equal proportions that is to say share and share alike and
I hereby order and direct the Legacies herein and hereby by me
left to my children to be paid them in manner following that
is to say the legacies to my daughters upon attaining the age
of twenty one years or day of marriage which ever shall first
happen and the legacies to my Sons upon their attaining the
age of twenty one years and I hereby appoint John Swete of
Floraville in the South East Liberties of the City of Cork
Esqr and Philip Splane of Lisnegatt in the said County of Cork
Executors of this my last Will and Testament and Guardians of
my Childen In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affix'd my Seal this twenty third day of December one thousand
eight hundred and ten Rebecca Gollock
